Djilpin Arts is located in Beswick (Wugularr), in the heart of the Top End, 100 kms from Katherine.

Djilpin’s artists create a vibrant range of limited edition prints, fibre art, gold and silver jewellery, printed scarves and contemporary sculptures.

The Art Centre has a workshop, gallery and museum space, runs the renowned Walking with Spirits Festival, and houses The Blanasi Collection, a permanent museum collection showcasing the finest examples of the West Arnhem painting tradition.

Djilpin also provides award-winning accommodation in the centre of the community, where visitors can enjoy comfortable rooms, barista coffee and memorable cultural experiences.

Tom E. Lewis is the founding and Artistic Director of Djilpin Arts. Renowned for his award winning work in film, theatre and music since the late seventies, Tom has worked for the last 15 years with the Beswick community, developing Djilpin Arts, its Culture Centre, Museum and the annual Walking with Spirits Festival.
